Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a medium-sized ramekin or an oven-safe dish with butter.
  3. Carefully crack the eggs into the prepared dish, leaving some space between them.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the eggs. Add cheese and herbs on top if using.
