Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to achieve crispiness.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs in a large bowl. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken and rub the spices in.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken thighs skin-side up.
Baking
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in aluminum foil and place in a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in an air fryer for optimal texture.
