Sauce Ingredients

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  2. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Once done, drizzle the heated marinara sauce over the meatballs and serve warm.

Notes

For perfect meatballs, maintain consistent size for even cooking and do not skimp on cheese and egg to keep them moist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. If freezing, meatballs can be stored for up to 3 months.
