- Drizzle in your honey or maple syrup to adjust sweetness.
- If using yogurt, mix it in now to enhance creaminess.
- Transfer the mixture to your favorite jar or container, cover it, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight.
- In the morning, stir well and top with chopped nuts if desired.
Notes
You can store Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For a warm option, microwave for 30 seconds. Try substituting apples with pears or peaches for variety.
