  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional) Adds extra creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) For added crunch.

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk (or almond milk). Stir well to ensure that all the oats are submerged.
  2. Fold in the diced apple and ground cinnamon until evenly distributed.
  3. Drizzle in your honey or maple syrup to adjust sweetness.
  4. If using yogurt, mix it in now to enhance creaminess.
  5. Transfer the mixture to your favorite jar or container, cover it, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight.
  6. In the morning, stir well and top with chopped nuts if desired.

Notes

You can store Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For a warm option, microwave for 30 seconds. Try substituting apples with pears or peaches for variety.
