Ingredients

For the Ribs
  • 2 pounds beef ribs Choose ribs that fit well in your air fryer
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • BBQ sauce (optional) For glazing the ribs in the last minutes of cooking

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by patting the beef ribs dry with a paper towel.
  2. Generously sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides of the ribs.
  3. Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Once preheated, place the seasoned ribs in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the ribs for around 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. If desired, brush some BBQ sauce on the ribs for the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
  3. Once done, take them out and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best results, do not overcrowd the ribs in the air fryer. Adjust cooking times based on rib size, and always check for a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
