Preparation
- Start by patting the beef ribs dry with a paper towel.
- Generously sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides of the ribs.
- Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Once preheated, place the seasoned ribs in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
Cooking
- Air fry the ribs for around 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If desired, brush some BBQ sauce on the ribs for the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
- Once done, take them out and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For the best results, do not overcrowd the ribs in the air fryer. Adjust cooking times based on rib size, and always check for a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
