  • 1 cup protein powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut butter works well) Choose nut butter without added sugars or preservatives.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine your protein powder and nut butter.
  2. Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup and mix it until a dough begins to form.
  3. If the dough feels too dry, you can add a tiny splash of water or extra nut butter until it reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Taste your cookie dough and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired.
  5. Optionally chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance the texture.

Notes

Feel free to add chocolate chips or dried fruits as toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
