Ingredients

Chia Pudding Base
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds These tiny seeds pack a nutritional punch.
  • 1 cup milk (any type: almond, coconut, soy, or dairy) Feel free to experiment with different types of milk.
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar) Adjust according to your taste preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds and your choice of milk. Stir thoroughly to avoid clumping, ensuring that the seeds are evenly distributed throughout the liquid.
  2. Add your chosen sweetener. Adjust it according to your taste.
  3. Use a whisk or a fork to mix everything together for a few moments, activating the chia seeds.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a jar or a covered bowl and place it in the fridge. Allow it to chill for at least 2 hours, or prepare it overnight for convenience.
  5. Once it’s ready, stir well before serving and add your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

Your chia pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container. If making a large batch, divide into small jars for easy snacks throughout the week. Just give it a quick stir before serving.
